How long does shipping take? 

  • The entire process takes 15-19 days in the United States, European Union, and Canada, Australia.
  • U.S. Territories such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & APO/FPO/DPO addresses will take 20-30 days.
  • In some cases shipping times may take longer depending on the availability of the product and what warehouse it is shipped from. If this is the case, we will communicate this information with you upfront. 

How can I track my order? 

  • We will email you a tracking number between 7-9 days after your purchase. Contact us at support@organizedtable.com if you didn't get a tracking number email us or use the chat feature at the bottom right of this page. 

I don’t like my product (for whatever reason), could I get a refund/exchange.

  • Yes, absolutely. Once you receive your item(s), you have 30 days to try it out. If you are not satisfied, read the process on returning an order right below. 
How do I return or refund an order?
  • Email us at support@organizedtable.com for a refund. Included in your email should be 3 Items 1) your name 2) order number 3) a short explanation of the problem. In most cases we will ask for a photo of the product. You will then receive a response via email as soon as possible about the next steps. In the cases of refunds or returns, customer will have to pay for shipping the product back to our warehouse. The prices are as follows. 

Flat Shipping Rates on Returns

  • 0-5 pounds $3.00
  • 5-10 pounds $5.00
  • 10-15 pounds $7.00
When will I expect my refund?
  • After you receive a response, we will get you your refund as soon as possible. In most cases we may need a photo of your product. The process will take 5-7 business days. 

What about exchanges of a product? 

  • Email us at support@organizedtable.com for an exchange. Included in your email should be 3 Items 1) your name 2) order number 3) a short explanation of the problem. In some cases we may ask for a photo of the product. You will then receive a response via email as soon as possible about the next steps. In our experience, customers will order the wrong color and want another one, in that case expect us to put an order for a new one and in the mean time you will send us the old product. Check shipping rates from the previous question. 

How long will it take for exchanges?

  • After you receive an email from us about the exchange. We will ship it to you via our standard shipping and processing which takes 15-19 days.

What if I sent the product to the wrong address?

  • Unfortunately things happen en route to the destination. In cases like this please email us at contact@organizedtable.com will work with you on this situation. 

How do I create my account?

  1. At the top of the homepage in the right corner, click sign in/create account
  2. Click sign up
  3. You will be directed to the account page, fill in your email address and create a password
  4. Congratulations! Thank you for signing up with us
  5. When you have time, make sure you go to your account and update any information.
How do I view my order history?
  • On the account page you will see what orders you have placed with us. You will also see your order history.
  • If you email us at contact@organizedtable.com, we could also email you a copy of your order history. 
Is my account information protected?
  • Yes, we take the information you provide us very seriously. We are PCI compliant which means we have to meet and pass 12 levels of high security checks to be compliant. Be assured your information is secure with us.

  • Do you have a physical location? No we only sell our products online
How do I close my account?
  • Contact us at contact@organizedtable.com if you want to close your account. We will delete all information stored from your account. We will send you an email confirming the deletion of your account.
